Our office hours are 10:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday–Friday and 10:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. IST on Saturday. In Central European time, weekday hours are 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. CET in winter and 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. CEST in summer. Saturday hours are 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. CET in winter and 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. CEST in summer. If you need urgent help outside office hours, let us know. Depending on availability, we may be able to respond and discuss adjustments to our working arrangements to support your project.
We communicate in English and can work with German briefs and documentation using translation tools. We clarify any unclear requirements and technical terms with your team.
